Usually not, but:

I have bought a lot of stuff from amazon, inluding the paradox pack, and had no problems (Sweden). I think there are one or two region-locked steam codes on there though.

I've bought a number of games using Steam keys and they've registered fine on my UK account.

The Paradox bundles were born from a reddit thread, the THQ bundle came from CAG, and one of the Neogafer's is the reason we ran The Saboteur for $4.99 or whatever it was last time we ran it. You guys provide me with better feedback than any market study we could run in my opinion. Steam just doesn't out lots of titles in sale at once. Otherwise their Summer and Holiday sales are awesome. Isn't Steam the one who gets grief for too many sales but Amazon (for example) has big sales often? I buy from both so it's nothing to me but I do find it interesting fo read how people rant about these things.

So what deals would you be interested in? that's the great thing about what tony is doing. If nothing interests you, i think he would be more than happy to hear what you would like to see.

Besides, amazon will be price matching the steam sale when its out if its available.

I'll try adding in a FAQ later once Tony since he'll probably be able to answer everyone's questions but the only game I'm aware of that had any region locking was Mafia 2. Besides that adding any US address works for international buyers and for most part codes are region free.
