In my asshole playthrough, I offered Clementine some food and then changed my mind, just to be a dick.
I have three saves going. One where I make all of the decisions I want to make, one where I make all of the opposite decisions, and one where I never do or say anything unless I absolutely have to. It's interesting to see how the story changes. |

Just finished episode 2, what a brilliant game. I still hate the Telltale game engine and all the stutters and pauses it produces, but damn if this isn't an extremely engaging little gem. I'm feeling real guilt for some of the choices I'm making, and damn if I don't want to please little Clementine, disappointing her makes me feel like the worst person in the world.
Love this game! The scene in the hallway was brilliant. Lightning, thunder, curtains flapping in the wind.... zombie arms coming through the spindles... I loved every minute of it. |

Chose Doug since he's a nice guy and quite the tech. I gather someone like him will be useful later on. Carley's a bit of a bitch and knows who I am...so that complicates things. Yeah, I'm evil that way. ;)
I agreed to go to the south with him, but now? I don't think I will if given the chance.
It's a testament on how good a game is when me, my brother, sister and cousin all want to play/played it even though they already know some of the possible outcomes. The way they build tension, etc. are topnotch. I can't believe we could care for the game's characters given the short amount of time building them up. Side note, is there a way to keep track of the thread but without being spammed by emails? This is the first thread I subscribed to and I want to see an update every time someone chimes in. However, spamming my inbox is not something I'd like to happen. |

I liked the game but some things feel off at times.
I selected "reason with him" for Lily's father in episode 1, to be diplomatic I guess. Now in episode 2 Kenny is acting like I wanted to throw his son out and leave him to die. I don't understand how that leap was made and it felt incredibly stupid. I had a few glitches and hiccups as well. The options sometimes feel like they push you into one response. Like above, little choices swing the opinions other characters have of you far too greatly. I understand that Kenny was upset I didn't want to kill Lily's father, but to be outright hostile and angry after he was calling me his friend ten minutes ago was absurd. Otherwise, I enjoyed it. |

To specify, the TV show follows the comic but a lot of aspects are changes and a lot of characters are introduced and killed and not killed to keep the show going. I suggest you guy "The Walking Dead Compendium: Volume 1". It's fairly cheap and covers the first issues 1-48. Once done, buy Volume 2 (releasing October 18th, 2012). You'll be hooked! Comic > Game > TV Show.

The comic is way better and the show uses some of the story beats from the comic.

Oops, beaten.
The comics move at a faster pace. If you read them then be prepared to have plot points spoiled. |

17 Volumes so far (each volume has 6 chapters, so a total of 102 chapters planned. If you buy Compendium Volume 1 and 2, you will easily cover 16 volumes so you can easily catch up to Volume 17 releasing in December. Oh and I wish I saved Doug. I was thinking pussy over usage. She is definitely less useful than Doug, who helped me get away from the horde. |

I didnt know how many bullets she had. Her dumb self didnt reload her gun after suicide girl offed herself. Seems like an important thing to remember but what do you expect from someone that doesnt understand how batteries work?

Nah, I'm not afraid of people finding out about my past. My actions in zombieland have earned me some redemption. |

How do you know she didn't reload? She did use the gun when the zombies attacked, you know. She blasted a few and ran out of ammo and got grabbed before she could reload. She was reaching for her purse, which is where her ammo was, but she couldn't reach it.

I'm figuring that since she knows or at least seems to be pretty knowledgeable about Lee's real past, if my Lee stays on Carly's good side, she's a solid ally. If you have some dickhead like Larry get up in Lee's face about his past, you could have Carly come and try to set the record straight, FWIW.

yeah you can straight up murder a dude in cold blood. A crime of passion pre apocalypse seems like small potatoes at that point

Episode 2 decisions video.
I like that they kept track of the total number of times Andy got punched. :P |
