QFT. Even if you have a real Facebook account, you can just pick that it shows its wall posts for "Only me". That way, only you can see whatever shit it attempts to post on your wall (which you have to confirm that you want to do in this one). On the off-chance that ANY app will post on your wall without your permission (none will do this), you can just remove the post and then remove the app, simple as that.

I don't think people are arguing that it would be too much work to make a Facebook account. Especially since this seems to be just a list of games, there's no need to have it on Facebook. The list is skewed more towards US gamers, the NES wasn't at all popular in the UK and Europe. Our heritage was classics such as Manic Miner, Jet Set Willy, Atic Atac etc. Most UK gamers who started in the 80's would have owned a Speccy or C64 than a NES.

I really do like Facebook. All the apps and shit, like this one, I'm not the biggest fan of (though you can just not share it and make it so no one can see you did it) but the site as a whole is great. It's served me many roles through high school then college, and now that I'm done with that it's still used to keep up with people. I would say Facebook overall is a net positive on my life pretty confidently.
