It's clear that Spooky moved back to twitch b/c of Evo (probably the college fund thing) - the problem is still that Twitch has a far better setup on the west coast than on the east.

^LB2 has among the best animations on Neo Geo, but I hate some of the sword animations and coloring they used for the LB characters in NGBC.
