Not that it is important or that I have any reason to upgrade. I mean my office still runs a lot of computers on Office 03... |

Not like it matters, I don't plan on using Windows 8 any time soon, and only use Office at work. |

the screenshot function and save as pdf alone are worth the upgrade (at least at work where you dont need to pay for it).

They're pretty similar. What I love about Skydrive is that it integrates it right into Windows Explorer, making it absurdly easy to manage your Skydrive folders and uploads.

Also integrated with the webapps.... no need to "convert" files to edit in the browser like gdocs. Also you get more free storage and the paid tiers are cheaper.
