Eden's Aegis
Download link ![]() Its a top notch bullethell thats a lot like Cave's Espgaluda games. It has a great soundtrack and its freakin' free. Don't believe me? Click the image for a video of it in action. Simply wonderful to play. It even has some harsh difficulties and a hidden final boss. They even simulated arcade machine slowdown to match the ones present in Espgaluda's which is vital to strategies used in that game as well as this one on hard modes. This is a plus in bullethells. The author also has more games like this on their site for free as well. Author's site of delicious shmup-age Do yourself a favor everyone and DOWNLOAD this game. |

Definitely Team Fortress 2. I've put 1200 hours into in the last year, and intend to enjoy many more and get into the competitive scene.

![]() Okaaaaaaaay...moving onto some more contributions here is a classic that eats gaf members' lives for breakfast. Burrito Bison ![]() Its like nanaca crash A game where you fire your character as far as possible and bounce them higher by impacting people along the way or by hitting power ups. Unlike Nanaca crash though Burrito Bison has a cash meter that builds up and an item shop to get you better items, stats, and enemies to use to make it further until you eventually break out of the candy kingdom and make it back to the grocery store to check out! It also has a sequel. Apparently he forgot his wallet back there.

Shit man, get it together. If you're going to go for a ban, at least do it right.
On topic, I have to add RuneScape. As much derision as it may earn, it's still got great quests and can run even on the worst machine. So then, my first MMO wound up being the only one I'd ever enjoy. |

For multiplayer, TI-83 tetris couldn't be beat. I always got in trouble for playing that too. |

Solitaire or Znake.
Insanely stupid question: Team Fortress 2 and other F2P games...I've assumed F2P means the client still costs money but that the game is subscription-free, that is, free to play 'online'. Does F2P actually mean the client/core game is free too? |

You could get Space Invaders and Mario? Man, my whole high school experience would've been completely different had I known that.

Unfortunately I'd probably have to say Maple Story, I played the fuck outta that game for like six years. Time wasted.
Spiral Knights was fun while I had a full party of friends playing and a large guild I started myself. Dota 2 will probably be number one eventually, I just need to have some skill increase. |

Game was so fun. And I remember they put out an expansion basically where after you got to a certain level you got access to like special forces gear and weapons. I forget all the details, but it was pretty cool. |

Counter-Strike sure but was the really considered free? You either had to buy Half-Life or buy the Retail version.
TRUE Free to play games, I'd have to go with America's Army - Such a brilliant game in every way possible, so many hours spent in that game. I can't believe they managed to fuck up 3.0 so bad. |
