But really. It's too bad that we can't talk honestly about the things that are taboo that turn us on. We barely can deal with two people of the same sex holding hands in public.
This too. |

I like variety. Sue me. At least it keeps me mentally, and (most likely) socially healthy; what the hell do the delusions of women give them?
Delusions, that's what. Pleasant is another term for 'possibility'. I'm sorry, but please stop expounding on your 'possibility'. It will probably not become reality. And that's unhealthy. Although...a lot of men have this problem too...where was I going with this? We're all fucked up. Done. |

I have to agree with this, guys. We are the driving force behind porn, and I'm trying to imagine a woman fantasizing about puking in a bucket when her gag reflex is violated by one man while two more DP her corn-hole.
Generalizations always turn out to be untrue in specific cases, but I bet you could make this blanket assumption in everyday life and be right 85% of the time. |

I've recently learned about omegaverse Wincest via the kink migrating to BBC Sherlock fandom. I am....I'll just say that is not my kink, yo. Edited to add: my iPad tried to autocorrect Wincest to Winchester. Much lulz were had. |

Societal expectation and restrictive upbringing, etc etc. I do hope that the younger generations are less afraid/caring of gender roles and just like whoever they like be it men or women.

Yeah.. there are a lot of things I think are real biology.... But homophobia isn't one of them. That's gotta be a societal thing. Something about, quote-unquote: "being a man"... You "do" others.. you can't get "done to". :P

I can't fap to this. No, seriously. Every time I see porn with clothes on, I'll go, "Oh, COME ON!". At the very least there should be some unbuttoning action about a minute or two after I see them clothed. But porn where the actors are fucking with most of their clothes intact is a complete boner killer.

I had the most liberal and laissez faire upbringing you can imagine. I still find the thought of taking a dick to the mouth a little ewww. |

Found this in the related articles. Found it more surprising.
Men want cuddles but women prefer sex, survey finds I've always been told the opposite is true. Never been in a relationship to find out myself. |

Bullshit. Some women have some... sometimes scary and troubling fantasies. I want to know who these scientists talked to, and did they adjust their poll sampling for plain-faced bullcrap? The small possibility that people wouldn't divulge their more extreme fantasies, and some others (guys) might be more willing to publicly own up to more of what they fantasize about. Too simple to just say men are freakier because blah blah our surveys plus this new bestseller, something something "pleasant" bullshit, "I f-bang to fluttering butterflies and sunsets" and shit. Women can come up with some pretty out there shit. I'd start with Anais Nin or something earlier before I'd stick to 50 Shades as the prime example of female fantasy.
And as many women as there are that participate in BDSM, I'd say a lot more women are thinking about that more than once in their lives. I'd say this cultural differences thing is playing a key part in the findings seeming skewed. |

Non-con is a pretty popular kink in fandom. But it's usually guy on guy or the guy as the victim. Keep in mind a majority of fanfic writers/readers are middle aged straight women.

Then you are not as liberal as you think you are. Alternatively, your upbringing could be liberal but you yourself ended up not being one. Upbringing is only part of your sexual development. The people you surround yourself with aka your friends, also affects this. Also, I did also mention societal expectation, which you probably adhered a lot to. The fact that our societies still condemn people who are attracted to their own sex speaks itself.
