It'll be hotfixed because of mass knowledge.
The real question is how long has this been known and kept secret? Because that's a big advantage. My 9k dps kills stuff incredibly slowly. It's not viable to farm act 3 or 4. I guess all the people who can't farm act 3 or 4 can go deck out a 60 wizard with pure int and farm it until it's hot fixed. They might get all shit drops. I quit the game, just wanted to get an azmodan and diablo kill since my profile shows 300 hours or whatever invested. |

Well farming isnt fun to begin with. Its like those people in casinos sitting on the VLT machines for hours and hours... the only satisfaction comes from what you get, not actually beating something.

The AH/RMAH is the reason why DIII is online-only.
Talking about security, it works. Money is involved and having all item drop/roll rates on their servers are very important and the only way to go. We only are getting these glitches/exploits because of Blizzard's lack of thorough testing on the game. |

Why is this even a debate? I can't believe always-online-DRM is being confused for multiplayer game-mode. |

As for the bug, it definitely works, but does anyone care? I have a 60 Wiz DH Monk and Barb, and not even invulnerability can get me to play this game regularly. Its still not fun even if you cant die and can run around in max MF. That's extremely telling... Whats worse though, is that this bug has been in the game since launch. Its probably just now leaking because the botters and gold sellers have realize the market is bone dry and noone is really buying anything. The market is completely shite right now, so I guess we will start finding out what tricks they used to farm gold/items and inflate everything to hell. |

Speaking of PVP, I really wonder how that'll affect the community. If people are already complaining that they feel pressured to use the RMAH to beat some NPC boss, I can't even imagine the fit they'll throw when they think the only way to progress in PVP is to use the RMAH.

Seems to a be similar bug to roll canceling in Capcom v. Snk 2, where canceling a roll into a special move granted the strike invincibility over to the special move. It took 6 months, after the Japanese players knew about the technique, to reach US players. And that was due to US players returning from a vacation in Japan. Odds are some wizards have been sitting on the info for a while. |

Its telling because I have played both sides. I was once under geared, then I got my gear, beat the game with two characters. I experienced every angle, from undergeared to god mode, and everything in between, and there is still nothing there thats entertaining for the PvE end game.
Absolutely nothing. Dude what? I have been waiting for, and playing the hell out of this game since it dropped. Theres no way I dont have more hours played than most. And I thoroughly enjoy the mechanics and will be back as soon as they create a worthy end game, but right now the endgame is in shit shape. People arent saying "And its still not fun" as a way to suggest god mode was supposed to make it fun, we are saying that because its a demonstration of how nearly zero changes bugs or interesting glitches are able to turn the current state of the game into something even remotely enjoyable. Its more of a testament to how much they are going to have to shake things up in order to make the game last than anything else. Jesus fucking Christ man, you guys gotta tone down the "They just wanna hate" stuff. Its annoying as hell. Cant say anything bad about the game without getting labeled a hater, which is odd considering the terrible shape the game is in right now.

I can't off the top of my head think of any games that are fun with god mode. There are games that are fun when they're broken. But not when you're straight up invincible. |

Okay..... I mean I'm not going to argue if your loving the endgame in D3 right now. Enjoy I guess, but the shits in the toilet for most of us, I mean Blizzards forerunners didn't come out and make a public statement about the sad state of their endgame just on a whim, my opinion of the end game state right now is held by many including Blizzard themselves. And yes, my post was my own opinion.

Some people are about to become millionairs with this game, with zero effort :)
I suppose this is happening because the developers did everything possible to make sure it will happen I mean turn a single player franshise to online only, not handle the multiple connection problems and generally make headaches for gamers, when gaming is supposed to be fun and nothing else

People still play this ?
I was once diehard fan of diablo2 and 3 killed any "fan" inside me. My friend was nolive hardcore diablo2 fan and he dropped it 1 month after me. Gameplay is ... mediacore. Story is bad. Loot is bad. Auction house is dizaster. No PvP. Bugs are least of problems.

Having a bug discovered for a few hours, however, is not one of them.
And if it was hidden, then it was the greedy players abusing an error for personal gain, not Blizzard's fault. But anyway.
