What conspiracy theory has the best odds of being true?
#1
Most sane people do not buy into conspiracy theories. But let's say you learned that one of the famous conspiracy theories was actually true. Which one do you think it would be? Why?
It could be that Lyndon Johnson worked to assassinate JFK. Or, it could be that the Loch Ness Monster is real. Have aliens visited the planet? None of these are probably true, but what if one of them was? Which seems to have the most validity? |

wait, what's the conspiracy there? Or should I say, where is the 'theory?'
(I side with you) I am pretty sure the U.S. has done some shady things to change public perception of military action/lead us into new conflicts. But that's as far as I can go. |

Jesus being married to Mary Magdalene.
Indeed, that's sort of the whole basis for some versions of Gnosticism - you have Christ representing the male aspect of god (or divine), and Sophia the female, which Jesus representing the first and Mary Magdalene the latter, and marriage uniting both halves into one. |

Yeah I'm gonna go with JFK too. The bullet evidence never really added up to being a single shooter.... and "some dudes wanted the president dead" is not really a far-fetched claim.
Also... lots of conspiracy theories are true. I mean.. what do you think spies and intelligence agencies actually do? They're in countries all around the world and the name of the game is deception and disinformation. But it's just the pop-cultural conspiracies spread by stoned college kids... Too sexy and they spread like religions. They might even be true, some of them, for all I know... but the reason they are so widely believed has nothing to do with their veracity, and more to do with the emotional appeal of the memes. |

The current Paul McCartney is a fake. The real one died way back when The Beatles were at the peak of their popularity.
