Before the 2000 Olympics, China removed four women from its squad for odd test results and no swimmer from China earned any medals. At the 2004 Olympics, none of the swimmers tested positive and they earned one gold medal. That is a a lot of up and down in the medal count, and a lot of positive drug tests.

Like I said, I think they improvement lately is due to a change in coaching. But, they have a pretty bad history of cheating.
There have been more Americans stripped of medals for cheating. We might as well question their accomplishments and wonder if their coaches are doping them up.

Oh yeah, I agree.

Like I said, the difference between US cheating and Chinese cheating is governmental involvement.

Like, a coach can't change a birth certificate.

Swimming and gymnastics.

I really don't have a problem with China in other sports.

Asia in general has been acting fucking shady in Badminton.

Of course badminton.

From what I've seen he provided valid statistics/ arguments that China has a history of cheating in Swimming events.

Famous Americans at the Olympic games: Michael Phelps, good at swimming.

Famous Brits at the Olympic games: Sir Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of world wide web.

Ah yes, the bigot chasers have come out. Where did I even mention that she was female? I'm talking about her age.

EDIT: I thought she was faster than Lochte in general. Still China and doping go hand in hand.

EDIT2: Phelps beat the world record at 15? Shit, guess age isn't a thing in swimming, I thought it was like track.

Because she was faster than men. That's the real problem according to the American swim coach.

Explain to me how why it is not understandable that a country with a history of cheating time and time again in a specific event is receiving a skeptical reception after an amazing performance in the same event.

Also, tests can be beat. Armstrong never failed a test, after all.

She's gonna be tested, and they keep samples for years so even if they can't detect anything right away odds are they'll find out. I think that's how Marion Jones got busted. I say let the girl enjoy her win until there's more substance to these allegations.

Bring back the classic LeMans start, over say, 100m.
