Curry ketchup: turmeric + cumin + coriander + fave ketchup
Siracha (only one bought)
Guacamole (smooth is best)
Chili (less thick is best)
Pesto mayo: fresh basil + salt + pepper + 1/2 tsp butter + mayo
Takoyaki sauce: Worcestershire + ketchup + ginger + garlic + mirin + sugar
Sweet Chili Cream Asian sweet chili mixed with marscapone
Breakfast: Grade A maple syrup + carmelized bacon (chop finely after frying NOT before)
Molten Lava: chocolate (50%-70%) + ONE GHOST PEPPER CRYSTAL +pink salt + 1/2 tsp Siracha
OMG-3s: avocado + pistachio + fresh basil + dash of olive oil + salt + pepper
Gravy spice: fave mushrooms (shittake, cremini, ear of forest shroom) + flour + milk + sage + SP
Fuck yeah Candy REAL Corn!: fresh UNCOOKED ears of corn (frozen OK) + butter + sugar (raw is best but you can also use agave syrup) + pink pepper

General rule is if you like it and have seen it in a sauce, it'll probably work

Oh and FYI: are you hand making your own fries with rutabaga, yucca, different sweet potatoes/potatoes


Fave: Japanese white and purple sweet potato + red bliss + yucca = so worth three hours (make lots or bake them for a healthier option)
