The game sits in your account. Upon release, you can find the keys in your account under that game. They email you the key too, I believe.

It's trustworthy. It's not one of those russian key selling places that Evilore struck down here, it's a legitimate retailer that had to make deals with publishers to sell their games.

I've only bought 3 games from them last year and so far 2 this year (sleeping dogs and BL2) but what usually happens is they will give the CD keys out about a week or so before the game releases and you can plug it into Steam to register it to your account. That way if there's a pre-load going on you can take part in that.

If you just want to wait and download it from them I imagine it'll work like a physical copy of a steamworks game. When you try to install it'll make you download/sign in to steam and install using steam.
