Kudos on the very detailed and flawless OP.
Will watch for sure: Doctor Who Fringe Dexter Supernatural 30 Rock Happy Endings(absolute favorite show right now) American Horror Story:Asylum It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Psych Check out: Elementary - doubtful it will be close to the fantastic BBC version but I find the concept of Watson being female interesting and I want to see how the handle it. Partners - I really liked W&G, so I'll see this.

The Office RENEW RENEW Parenthood CANCEL RENEW Parks and Recreation RENEW RENEW Smash CANCEL RENEW Up All Night CANCEL CANCEL Whitney RENEW CANCEL New series: 1600 Penn RENEW CANCEL Animal Practice CANCEL RENEW Chicago Fire CANCEL CANCEL Do No Harm CANCEL CANCEL Go On RENEW RENEW Guys with Kids CANCEL CANCEL Hannibal RENEW CANCEL Infamous CANCEL CANCEL The New Normal RENEW RENEW Next Caller RENEW CANCEL Revolution CANCEL RENEW Save Me CANCEL CANCEL 666 Park Avenue - Soapy, overdone, overall "meh". The Family Tools - Didn't watch. How to Live with Your Parents (for the Rest of Your Life) - Awful. One of the worst comedy pilots I've seen in a while. Last Resort - Moved way too quickly, too many logical jumps, zero character moments, looks cheap... Not a fan at all. Malibu Country - Didn't watch. Mistresses - Didn't watch. Nashville - Awesome. Hayden and the political angle grated the most, but this show is a huge knock-out. Connie Britton is fantastic. The Neighbors - Charming enough. Super sweet, very kid-friendly. Maybe not for me in the long term. I don't quite understand where the vitriol is coming from with TV critics. Red Widow - Surprisingly solid. Very well shot, well acted. I still have some problems with it and its by no means perfect, but I'm intrigued. Zero Hour - Terrible. The worst drama pilot of the year. Elementary - Really great. Because the cast is so small, they really get to do more character moments than on a typical CBS drama. I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be in the same vain as The Good Wife. Friend Me - Didn't watch. Golden Boy - Bad. Looks bad, acted poorly, stupid hook. Made in Jersey - Charming. I wouldn't watch it, but I can see why it was picked up. Partners - Didn't watch. Vegas - A huge fail and the most disappointing show this season. It's directed so blandly, the sets aren't that impressive, and the entire thing is just a procedural. Which you realized about 10 minutes in. And it's sad. Ben and Kate - Didn't watch. The Following - Awesome, with asterisks. Feels a bit restrained? Still, it's probably the most exciting drama pilot from this year (I won't say best written). The recasting they did is necessary. The Goodwin Games - Didn't watch. The Mindy Project - Meh. Disappointing, but it's been severely overhauled so we'll see. The Mob Doctor - Surprisingly solid. I'm not sure if I would watch in the long term, and there are some logical issues with it, but I'll watch episode two. 1600 Penn - Charming. Josh Gad is the best part. Everything else isn't that great. Animal Practice - Didn't watch. Chicago Fire - By the books, overly serious, meh. Do No Harm - Terrible. And looks bad. Go On - Weirdly shot, but really endearing. Somewhat funny. Guys with Kids - No. Hannibal - Not shot yet. Infamous - All over the place. Poor Megan Good. The New Normal - Really great. I'm the president of the Ryan Murphy hate club, and it was one of the best pilots he's produced. Next Caller - Eh. Not bad. Not great. I'm indifferent. Revolution - I want to see the new shoots and stuff they added, but I liked what I saw. It's still way too "clean" (as in, the sets), but I'm still interested in the world. There really needs to be more character moments. Save Me - The best comedy pilot of the year, by far. Earnest, hilarious, funny, charming... the whole thing just works. But I really think it's too niche to work on NBC. |

Man fuck you America, and I mean this sincerely.
The Office, Wilfred and now the Inbetweeners? This makes me so angry (I know it's just a tv show) But seriously, get your own fucking properties. That Copper one sounds awesome, I must have read Gangs of New York like 10 times, one of my favourite books of all time. |

Returning shows:
Doctor Who Sons of Anarchy Boardwalk Empire Parks and Recreation Treme :D Grey's Anatomy, maybe Fringe, maybe Homeland !! The Walking Dead American Horror Story, maybe The Thick of It, if I get caught up in time I think there's also a new season of The Hour this fall? Considering these new shows: Last Resort The Mindy Project Call the Midwife Copper PBS's airing of The Ring Cycle Nothing that looks as good as Homeland, but it should be a good fall. |

Not intrested in CN or Nicks Offerings - 2K3 Turtles did everything i wanted in the franchise.
As for The Primetime shows. CBS Elementary: Trash from the word go. Vegas: If this was 1980's Vegas, yes. 1960's Vegas...ehh. Same Fate as Pan Am Partners: More Mess From the Network. No dice. Made in Jersey: If it surives a season, i watch. If not, no big Loss. ABC: 666 Park Ave: Maybe. Last Resort: Intresting. Might Be good. Nashville: Here is the reason why there will no good Singing rivaly shows. Glee got this right despite its Japanese inspired Trope Playing, there is no tension between adults - or the tension is inherntly stupid. This is a pass. Zero Hour: Im a give this one a chance. NBC: Revolution: Six Episodes, they got to get good on the first three. Im sticking if they do. Chicago Fire: A Hit for the Mainstream, Not For me. PASS. New Normal, Go On, Guys with Kids. NO, NO, NO. PASS. Fox: Ben and Kate and Mindy Project. Maybe On Both, Might Stick with Mindy. Mob Doctor - This is a Push, heading to Pass. The Following - When it airs, the first episode must knock it out of the park. If it does its the show of the Decade. CW: Arrow: Dont like the lead. Should have Stuck with Smallvilles Green Arrow. PASS because of it. Beauty and the Beast (CBS Version): The idea of having a bishonen lead without badassness and white hair doesnt fly with me. This is a one and done series and its a damn fucking shame because the CBS version could have be done with out the mucky muck that the females do over at CW. Cult: Maybe, because the critcs hate the show, with a honest premise i might look at it in a better light. One, Maybe Done if it is bad. Carrie Diaries: Would have worked better as a Psycho Drama which could explain why Carrie ended up the most fucked up female i ever seen on TV. Pass. Sticking with Fringe, Supernatural, Nikita. |

My list so far:
The League American Horror Story Modern Family Boardwalk Empire Dexter Castle Grimm Parks and Recreation Shark Tank Raising Hope The Walking Dead It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Wow...that's a lot longer than I thought it would be, will probably only watch a few of those shows every week and just catch up to the others in a less crowded season.

(+/- It looks stupid) Partners (+Brandon Routh is hot, +/-Could be cute, -Humor not clicking with me) Save Me (+Anne Heche, -Might become too hokey, -NBC might not offer enough support) The Goodwin Games (+Becki Newton, +/-Might be hard to sustain the premise) The New Normal (+Jayson Blair is hot, +/-Could be cute, -Ryan Murphy curse) (+Pros, -Cons) 30 shows, phew. (Not counting cable...) As you may be able to tell, I like high concept shows and hot men. Gotta make some brutal cuts though.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Walking Dead are the only things I'll be watching for the rest of the year (Besides the remaining episodes of Breaking Bad that we have left before mid-season break).
Hope I am able to watch them on AFN or something. While in my remote location I will be living in, I will probably track down Game of Thrones in Blu Ray and give it a try. And I will watch the first season of Rome, which I have owned for a while and not tried out. |

At this point I have no clue what new shows I'm going to give a chance. I will look through the list to see what looks interesting. Few of the shows that I watch are coming to an end so that opens up room.
EDIT: Great job on the OP RatskyWatsky.

I'm going to do what I always do: be really lazy and wait until some (if any) of the shows build up a good word of mouth and catch up later. I can't say that any of the shows described here jump out to me as essential (although I must say I'm curious as to just how bad Oh Sit! and the monkey hospital show are, so I might have to watch those pilots).
