It's new footage from the sentai war film. In Japan that film was meant for the Gokaiger - sentai series after the one Megaforce is adapted from, so there's going to be extensive PR only footage for the first time in many, many years. It's also a huge crossover between every ranger team in existence beyond what has even been adapted in western Power Rangers.

The sentai war in gokaiger(the japanese sequel to the upcoming adaptation) shows series or sentai teams that doesn't exist in the current pr world. Many of those teams are seen in the trailer, which gives the hope that they won't be cut out for the future.

Actually, that is footage from Gokaiger - namely, episode one. Goseiger leads the charge in the Legend War from Gokaiger episode one/the 199 movie.

I believe Goseiger already began broadcast in Japan (or at the very least began production) before Saban Brands bought the PR rights off of Disney. So that's just a coincidence. I think the Goseiger suits are kind of bland.
