Well, it's a slowed down version of the previous 5 seconds. It's not as if you can fly with a fire extinguisher, but I suppose if you jumped and fired it you may be propelled straight forward for about 2 seconds before immediately spinning and crashing.

Honestly, the entire thing is < 2 seconds. You can probably make a leap that lasts that long with enough momentum, i.e. a train or running start.

Forgetting everything else, i just don't it would have that much power. Those extinguishers are designed to allow almost anyone to pick it up and use it. If it was capable of carrying a fully grown man, even for half a second, it would blow all but the heaviest man right off his feet trying to use it properly. I just don't but it at all.
