Haven't posted since around the draft due to NBA + Olympics + election stuff, but I haven't gone anywhere (I declared my allegiance here before last season!) Fantastic job with the OP, Buckethead.
SEPTEMBER 5 DAL at NYG - Should be a good, close game like it always is in when NFCE foes collide. SEPTEMBER 9 IND at CHI - Will be the first of many losses for Luck in his early career as a Colt. ATL at KC - A cautionary pick... KC always seems to steal away their home-openers with that great crowd backing them. PHI at CLE - Well, it's the obvious pick... but I'm sure we'll find someway to fuck this up. WAS at NO - Brees in the dome, almost unstoppable. STL at DET - Blah, boring pick but the Rams aren't that good yet. NE at TEN - Anyone (even Titan fans) expect any different? JAC at MIN - A week-one shitfest of a match-up... No MJD, no chance. BUF at NYJ - Well, I needed an upset in here somewhere. Why not. MIA at HOU - The Dolphins will be assuredly be contending for that top pick. SEA at ARI - Wilson is legit. The Cards don't have a starting QB. SF at GB - Should be GOTW, and going with the home team to take it. CAR at TB - Cam Cam Cam Cam Cam PIT at DEN - I believe in Peyton. The old and injury-ravaged Steelers will get exposed this season. SEPTEMBER 10 CIN at BAL - Ravens probably win this AFCN match-up, should be a good one. SD at OAK - lol @ the thought of picking the early-season Chargers to win. |

Something I think that gets too much play is the Saints suffering b/c of all the upheaval. Payton is definitely a good coach, and they will miss him. But if Peyton Manning can drag Jim Caldwell's awful ass to 14-2, I think Brees can manage 10-6 with the rotating door they'll have going there
