It probably should, to be honest. These conventions are for seeing who can speak the worst. We'll see.

I look forward to Michelle Obama, Corey Booker, Barack Obama, and to learn who the hell Elizabeth Warren is (I do research on each speaker while they do their partisan speeches.)

Democrats are going to have to make a huge effort to do as badly as the GOP did. That Ron Paul fiasco was bad enough, but that Clint Eastwood stint and Paul Ryan going on a lying spree was just over the top.

Why can't we deal with the subject at hand? I was asked why I was upset with Obama, and I answered. I think that is a legitimate issue since Obama articulated his viewpoint on it and he's completely gone the other way. You're trying to completely alter the subject.

You can't make a joke about "four more years of broken promises" and then pivot to fucking medical marijuana being the one thing you are pissed about.

I'm saying I think you're expecting too much. He can only do so much. He's already doing a lot of "liberal" things and if you throw marijuana in there he'll just be destroyed. Alot of things in this country and only move so quickly sadly.

And honestly marijuana is small fries right now, but it will come sooner than later.

He's gonna vote for Gary Johnson or Ron Paul anyhow. There's no genuine discussion to be had with him about Obama's presidency. When Obama came out in support of gay marriage, his retort was "too little, too late" -- hence why you see it being posted so many times in this thread. Nevermind the fact that he voted for the guy that sponsored DOMA in 2008.

Gaborn a long while back you claimed you would vote Obama in 2012 if he actually came out to support gay marriage before the election. Will you stick to that? You claimed there was no chance Obama would support gay marriage till after the election.

Judging by how blindingly white the speaking line up is, there won't be many opportunities to shout down minorities, so there's that at least.
