the robocop suit from the 80s was so iconic, i find it odd that they just completely changed it up to something that isn't at all reminiscent of the original. it reminds me more of the batsuit than anything else.

It's not as bad as I had expected it to be after seeing ED-209, but it's still not good and not nearly machine enough.

Perhaps, but the overwhelmingly obvious parallels to other recent super-suits were NOT inevitable. The chest piece in particular looks absurd for what is supposed to be a cyborg who is more machine than man. I can live with the helmet.
