Season's Beatings: Ascension [ Thread ] [ Friday, September 28th ] [ 12PM EDT | 9AM PDT ]

• A landmark event, known as the Mecca of Marvel and a world stage for Street Fighter, as well as a host to tournaments for many other games. Featuring special events such as U.S. vs. The World 5on5 in UMvC3 and many more. The secondary stream will be run by ConsoleCombat Sp00ky has not showed up to the event and the ConsoleCombat stream has become the main stream, check the official thread for more stream information. Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Tournament Series Japan Qualifier [ Saturday, September 29th ]

• The unlisted Japanese qualifier for the SF25th celebration series of tournaments. This event continues through Sunday, and will have it's finals take place at various dates in October. The stream will be free to view on Saturday the 29th, but from then onwards will be pay-per-view. More information on pricing and scheduling of events is available here.

yeah it pretty much is since the top wc and ec players usually travel to all the tournaments. i would rather see guys you don't see often invited to one of those vs tournaments. you're from the south right? would be better to see you invited than somebody we always see.

Yeah, ComboFiend is the worst of the three choices, but the most popular. He and Fanatiq have been very lazy with the game, though, while Ifrit is constantly pushing. Ifrit is generally looked down on though, while ComboFiend and Fanatiq have a big fan following.

Edit: Then again, maybe ComboFiend vs. Abegen would convince the man to run She-Hulk on anchor instead of on point.
