Ok, so the Rockman Xover game for Iphone was released today in Japan, I unpacked the file and found this?:

Why it's the purpose of having this inside the game?. The file it's called opening.mov.

I want to clarify that I don't know if that's something that it showed at some point in the game or anything because I'm stuck in a loading screen, and the thing goes very slow, didn't play a single minute with the game yet.
