An R18+ video game rating has come into effect across Australia after a deal between the states and the Commonwealth last year.

The change means some games that were previously unavailable to adults can go on sale, whereas others that could be accessed by children will become restricted.

Working retail makes for nicer people. That's because you see the shit side of everyone and don't act like that yourself.

It also means you identify terrible customer service easily and walk out of restaurants within 20 minutes without any service. Patience is not a virtue. It's a curse to be taken advantage of by others.

Any fans of Doctor Who in Melbourne owe it to themselves to go see the Time Lord improv show every Wednesday (well for an additional 2 weeks) at Club Voltaire.

I went last week with a friend and both the regular improv and the Who related one were completely hilarious.

On a related note, those Mana Bar Christmas Cocktails look bloody delicious.

Remote doesn't work with my Panasonic TV either. I've got a 2011 flagship model :/ All 37 options, none work! lol. Neither does the "Austar" or "Foxtel" options. Hopefully they'll all be added in a patch though.

My brother just moved into a new place and had to get a phone line installed. Telstra said they'd turn up on a weekday, so he took the day off work for it. The dude just didn't show and he wasn't told it wasn't happening until the next day. They said they'd be back, within three weeks. Useless

not sure, but soniq is on there and HEAPS of brands, but they only have one signal type for soniq, i could sit there trying the other ones.

did anyone ever see a show on abc when we were little, it was like a house of people who all had inventions or projects or ideas. and they lived in a house together to run their projects and so on :( wasnt a reality show

Right, I think Ive made my mind up. Wii U will wait until the OS is optimised and the battery life of the pad is acceptable. By then I'll have a compatible audio setup.
