I think it just means you can have 150 Frenemies, not XBL friends. Like you can only have 100 of the 150 be from XBL, then you have to add the other 50 yourself. But hopefully I'm wrong!

Not the same one. The one you linked has 17 achievements worth 200 points. This only has 10 worth 50 points. Not sure what that's all about.

Unless you change the language, definitely. I did them in Arabic on Windows 8. I assume I can boot it up and be awarded the top 250? I should still be there.

That is correct, the W8 and WP cheevos are the same, both 17 for 200.

Edit: achievement progress doesn't transfer. This comes up as a separate game on your Xbox game history. I have two wordament games on my profile, one with 200 achievement points and the ios one with 50
