I like it.
Except referencing the Squall Is Dead "theory".... its an unfounded piece of hogwash that could have been made up for nearly every piece of fiction ever. "Hey guys what if Cloud died when he fell down to the Church in FFVII. Everything after was weird and stuff. Aerith is an angel huh huh." See? |

Saw this on twitter. It's an amazing Mag that I would have gladly paid a few quid for, its quick recap on the titles reminded me of details in the games I'd forgotten like celes's beginning in theworld of ruin in ff6 and has made me want to replay ff6 now. Thanks and well done to everyone involved!

This is the longest pdf download I have ever experienced. Edit: this is nice.
You know, if SE actually released something like this for people, I would've bought it. It's nicely put-together, though I think they're a little too nice to The After Years since that thing reeks of weird game design. :P

Man, I like FFVIII but I hate the ridiculous Squall is Dead theory. It's just nonsense. Perfect example of someone looking for something which isn't there in order to create artificial depth or complexity in a piece of work. It's a pretty damn straightforward game.

I was on 56K at the time when that FF9 strategy guide hit the market and I bought it.
It was the best. I loved waiting a while to download a map or having to kick people off the phone just because I needed to check for one single thing that I couldn't figure out because they didn't mention in the guide.

And even then I didn't feel like the guides were comprehensive enough so I just ended up keeping a bunch of notebooks filled with materia equips and math (and I recently threw them away because I've memorized all that stuff now), but it was kinda fun. |

Congrats to Aeana, APZonerunner, (?)Jochan, Kagari, and any other GAFfers who contributed to this.
Edit: LOL at the special thanks section. For some reason, seeing "Duckroll" written between a whole bunch of, you know, actual human names makes it super hilarious.
