Fifa 13 should be quite good but I hear it doesn't have the new collision thing with the players that the console version has. It's an improved version of 12 otherwise, which was quite good.

FIFA is a lot of fun IMO. Using touchscreen/pad and the accuracy it adds is a great addition.
