Modern Combat 4 is on the windowsphone Canadian site but not on my phones store. I sent the trial from the site to the phone and it's downloading now. Over a gig too. Glad I have a 32gb card coming this week. :)

Gotta say I'm very impressed with Modern Combat 4. Playing it on a Lumia 920 and it's very smooth, rock solid framerate so far and the controls work well, especially thanks to the Gyro-controls which allow you to fine tune your aiming. I don't play the MoH's or the CoD's so I'm not tired of the genre. Incredibly cheesy storyline but that's yeah.

Havok's used in MC4, dat ragdoll. Unity support is nice, hope to see some games coming over as a result. Maybe they're finally starting to take it seriously? WHERE'S SPLOSION MAN FOR WP8 THOUGH

Apologies if it's already been mentioned, but Acedia: Indie Horror is a pretty good game. It's not overly complicated, simple controls, simple objectives, but it's a well done game.

No worries. I've noticed there aren't a great many good games on the service, it's a bit of shock coming from Android to WP, but the selection is decent enough.

Nokia exclusive for now, like most EA games at release. They joined a partnership at the beginning of 2012, I think. Before you rage, Nokia is paying EA for the ports that otherwise probably wouldn't happen and you'll just get it later.

Rayman Jungle Run is out now on WP8. I don't have a link, but it was at the front end of the marketplace on my phone. It appears to not have a trial, but I can say that it plays great and is one of the best looking and sounding WP8 games.
