Majesco seems to be filing for bankrupcy, and Nanostray has been cut from 2 medium sized shipments to 1 very small one. Finding this game will be tough. My EB manager friend told me after this initial shipment the game has been discontinued! The game's release was delayed until the 21st of July, that being today, for whatever reason. I put my name down for the only two copies that are coming in [muhahahaha]! After this shipment the game is no more, so I'm going to eBay this sucker... or give it to my bud at work so we can play multiplayer. You guys better act quick or you'll never get your hands on this game.

That was the problem. They went from being a small publisher concentrating on small handheld and value software, which one large title (Bloodrayne), to trying to release more high budget titles.

They wanted it to pay off like THQ, doing tons of IP based games on handheld and then starting to do more higher profile games. I guess they jumped the gun.

I guess this puts The Darkness in a bind.

Well, I can confirm that Nanostray was listed as discontinued yesterday in a major retailer's system.

I can confirm this as well. I just got back from looking for it a couple of hours ago and that was the answer I got when I asked the EB salesperson about Nanostray. It does seem kind of odd for this to be happening when they appeared to have done some solid handheld business.
