Curses! Foiled again by EU PS+!Limbo was free for EU PS+
Maybe, I'll actually finish it this time.
So for all of us who got the PS3 version free with PS+, we also get the Vita version free.
Downloading it now.
The interesting question then is: If you don't renew the PS+ subscription, can you still keep the Vita version of Limbo?Confirmed crossbuy for Europe.

@MarkusRJR: I've only played it on PC upon recommendation of a friend (he even bought it for me, because I don't buy DL games and there was no boxed release on 360 I was aware of) and I think it's a stylish, sometimes clever, platforming-puzzle game, but I ultimately found the level design to be mostly boring and the physics not so fun. So I, personally, think, it's a mediocre game.
This YOPO stuff is fucking crazy. The game comes out today and I get it for free because they happened to give me the PS3 version free a while back?Confirmed crossbuy for Europe.

Its 133MB.
It looks pretty good on dat OLED.
maybe I'll replay it then.
edit: wait, what's this about PS+? You don't get the Vita version for free if you purchased the PS3 version?
ok, rad!Originally Posted by PuppetMaster
Yes, crossbuy. I don't have PS+. But I bought the PS3 version a long time ago. So it let me DL it for free.
downloading :). I don't have any terrible desire to play this again, as I've already done so twice, but I'll give it a look anyway.

Yes, I can confirm that the PSV version of Limbo doesn't have an expiration date if you downloaded the PS3 version when it was free for PS+.Download it and check for an expiration date.
I wrote about this here: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost...ostcount=17871
Yeah, I remember that. Wonder if I did get it - I may not have, as I played the demo and, having a 5yo kid, I just couldn't bear playing it. I do this in my head more than enough today still - yesterday I was teaching him to ride a bike, he didn't pay attention, grazed a parked car, and then drive straight to the middle of the road with a car coming up. I was there on my bike, but these things happen way to fast, and Limbo is too much like that to be fun :s :DLimbo was free for EU PS+
I always feel bad when I finally kill the spider.
For the record, the PS3 and 360 versions only support the left analog.
My download doesn't start and stays on the download pop up, and then when I hit cancel, my Vita locks up with the only way to do anything is to power it off and on.
They quietly removed cross-buy on the EU PSN a few months after the Vita version came out. I got it back then and even though it's in my download list, it doesn't show up as purchased on the store.I'm in the UK and have Limbo on PS3 from plus. Just got a Vita but that version is £7.99 - shouldn't it be free for me?
I wonder what is Playdead working on next.
