Hmm..I always imagined Moody to be a lot older and not FAT... is there a complete description of his appearance other than his eye and scars in the books?
Crouch looks dead on, but Neville looks NOTHING like Neville.. they should replace him in the next movie.

Looks good, i didnt think his eye would be as prominant but otherwise he looks pretty snazzy. The casting of all four films has been spot on, Brendan Gleason (sp?) is perfect for this role.

I'd say that that is true to an extent. Madam Rosmerta nd Madam Maxime are disasters as far as casting, I think. Fleur is fairly bad as well.

I got the impression Moody was a pretty big and chubby guy from the book, though I'm not sure if it was ever said. His magic eye looks completely wrong to me, but I didn't see how they could pull it off as I envisaged it anyways.

At least Fleur is being played by an actual French girl. A fake accent would ruin it far more than her being less than nymphlike in appearance.

Mad-Eye doesn't look anything like what I expected him to, but it sounds like he acts like Moody so that should be fine...

For the record, I expected him to be older, thinner, and without the protective cover for his eye.

The shot of the Champions in the Second Task also looks pretty cool.

In the books, Fleur is described as insanely hot... like, other worldly. This girl in the film is not very attractive and certainly nowhere near what the book describes.

me too. Im sure my image of Voldemort is going to be completely different to the one in the film.

As a fan of Harry Potter I feel like I'll be the most critical if they swing and miss with this flick. People who went to the screening in Chicago thought it was excellent and the best of the 4 films. That gives me high hopes even though the casting could be better from a visual standpoint.

I don't really have any issues with these pics. Mad-eye's eye is a bit overdone, but I don't see how you could do it without using a bunch of CG work. I always got the impression that it was simply a magical eye that he popped in and out of his socket.

That's basically how it looks in the movie. In the Comic Con trailer the eye kept moving around like that.
