Blues eyes again.
What was the reasoning behind changing Wind Waker's Link's eyes from the original, and persistant, blue to the black again? I know it was originally blue..... it was blue in early screen shots...... but they changed it to black. I forgot why. |

2 things:
definitely check out the E3 rountable footage on IGN. the complaints about the grass on the overworld seem unjustified (not to imply anyone in this particular thread assumed the defect...) Lush visuals. and. check the n-sider preview. it kicks tail. :) |

If you're gonna be listing off the interviews, don't forget this one:
http://www.armchairempire.com/Interv...t-princess.htm It was discussed a fair bit when we published it, but good stuff for those who want questions different from most of the other interviews. |

No, there were no details regarding that, though Nintendo may opt to do an OL thing like they tried with MP2E last year to get more exposure. Just a hunch on my part though. |

I don't think that Nintendo will be doing the demo giveaway like they did for MP2:E.
I mean, really, how much more exposure does the new Zelda need? MP, I can understand as it was going up against Halo 2 and GTA:SA, but Zelda is Zelda, and it'll sell regardless. |

"I think it suffered partly because of the PS2 launch hype, but really the game wasn't as popular as OoT or even TWW were."
The reqirement of the RAM expansion pack to play also limited sales. Zelda fans who werent interested in WW who havent bought gamecubes might be tempted by TP. |

I just saw a quick clip of the G-phoria thing, and these two girls were talking about how awesome TP is looking. One of the chicks said something stupid, though. They talked about how Link can turn into a wolf, and one girl is like 'Finally, we can play as someone else!".
...... And I hope WW didn't scare away too many people long enough to convert to the other consoles. |

If there are midnight launch parties and mainstream news stories about Twilight Princess (a la Halo 2), it'll be on the right track. I'd love to see TP become a huge seller and put the series on fire to give the Rev some momentum, but I really think it's too little, too late, no matter how great the game is. The "last hurrah" comment in every review of the game will ensure that people think twice about buying a Cube for it, that's for sure. |

Nice compilation, but you forgot Got-Next's excellent, exhaustively detailed impressions piece on the Twilight Princess E3 demo, complete with photos & video clips of the game and Nintendo's cool themed-out Zelda demo area.

Here is my very own trailer as well
Zelda trailer I hope the above link still works. There was at one point when you could download the ENTIRE E3 demo video, something like 740 megs. I actually have it, its pretty cool, but spoils alot of the game. |

Yeah, I bet SSBM, MKDD, and TP will be the biggest sellers for the GC heading into Revolution, and probably be consistently decent sellers in 2007 too, depending if Nintendo has a big enough audience to carry a small GC PC lineup. Hell, Perfect Dark sold 30,000 copies in November 2002. Anything's possible.
