SJ.Referring to SJ or SMTIV?
I didn't complete SJ.
SMTIV is only first person perspective during battles, outside it's all third person.
So that means it will be a perfect time to get both fire emblem and animal crossing, right?I think that eSop deal might count with retail too. The unboxing video was very adamant about registering your CN code.
Huh... I never registered my FE:A code lol. I still have it lying around after I traded that in.register FEA and SMT IV on club nintendo and you get 30 bucks of eshop money.
Deal was leaked early and got removed. Probably saving it for next week when SMTIV is out
Edit : apparently it has to be eshop purchases though which i guess heals the wounds of not getting the physical copy extras
I bought the physical copy of Fire Emblem though...register FEA and SMT IV on club nintendo and you get 30 bucks of eshop money.

Why does Nintendo even use this block language, anyway? Its dumb.have to go digital with this one, first dd 3ds game I buy.
apparently it's 14k blocks. I'm not sure how large is that in human language right now.
The last DLC definitely looks like it might be story heavy for a few reasons. I'll probably grab it either way.So who's ready for 7 weeks of post-release DLC?! I think the final (?) DLC for the JP release hits this week. Sounds like it might be some sort of story DLC.
Only a 9? PREORDER CANCELLED.Originally Posted by RyougaSaotome

As for the game itself, I personally loved SMTIV and as of right now it's my game of the year. The combination of strong gameplay, a really compelling story, and a huge world to explore put it over the top for me.
I didn't review it, but I did do an import preview after I completed the neutral route. I would have given it an easy 9/10 if I was assigned to it.

I do most of my handheld gaming during breaks at work, and Project X Zone has such good audio I have to turn it down. :PHeadphones on handhelds always.
Is the audio quality good?Originally Posted by RyougaSaotome

Hard saves.Hard saves or temp saves?
Think of the DLC as a real money version of this fella:Doesn't sound much better. So far the Japanese DLC have been nickel and dime shit like 2 buck costumes and 3 buck "quests" which either involve exp/ap/macca farming drops, or special boss fights which unlock extra demon fusions. Typical Japanese RPG DLC. :(

I wouldn't expect much. The one they're teasing this week seems like it might have some story stuff to it, but the Director (or someone) said that they didn't want to lock away important parts of the story through DLC.I suppose I should have expected something along those lines. Oh well, I can just ignore it then. If they do have one that is some kind of proper story addition then I may go for it.
You can steal my amazing dlc thread contents for the OPOriginally Posted by Volcynika
Completely forgot about the size of the game digitally. If anyone can get an exact size, I'll add it to the OP.
I'm not a huge audiophile, but I played with headphones and adored the OST. The battle themes were fine, but the real meat comes in the form of the different area themes. A really cool mix of genres.Originally Posted by cj_iwakura

Wow, if that's really what they've been referring to... holy shit. Atlus and Nintendo really getting tight, because this is an amazing promo.Originally Posted by QuiteWhittle

This would be a very odd post if he was referring solely to eShop codes, which register automatically.
So Ryouga, can you tell me if the cinematics are subbed please ?Originally Posted by RyougaSaotome

Compared to Soul Hackers, I mean. Much of the audio was barely, well, audible.Originally Posted by RyougaSaotome

On a technical level, the audio quality seemed fine? Again, not a pro.
Holy crap, I think this pretty much proves retail copies count for the offer. Still wanna hear word from Nintendo, but damn, my 3DS is gonna continue to get some awesome love with PxZ, SMT4, and FE:A.Originally Posted by QuiteWhittle

I can't find this on the eshop anymore has it been removed?!Looking forward to this game. Also curious to hear about this upcoming NA eShop deal with Fire Emblem: Awakening. (As far as I can tell, buy both get $30 back in credit, no press release on this yet)
(And yes, my 3DS is now charged! :P )
Crap! Totally forgot about this since I'm using the Canada trick to buy games on the eShop. Would suck so bad if I won't be able to get that $30 credit :(Wow, if that's really what they've been referring to... holy shit. Atlus and Nintendo really getting tight, because this is an amazing promo.
Just hope it's applicable to Canadians too.
