Well, yes it's a really simple game. basically you only have to click on the cookie to make more cookies, sound simple and boring but the thing has a strategy, basically you can get items like auto-clicks, grandmas, factories, cookie mines, portals, time machines and antimatter condensers to increase the number of cookies, just look at this beauty

Once I realized how easy it is to edit saves it pretty much immediately ruined the whole thing. Or just made me realize how silly it was to begin with, I guess.

Candy Box was much more fun because it actually became an active game at later stages, and had more to discover. This is just Progress Quest.

I just opened it to take a screen shot since everyone didn't seem to be getting into it, I'm currently not playing because I can't afford to keep the window open.

Last time I tried it, I just idled for cookies while browsing gaf. For some reason it works my cpu though, so I don't bother with it.

Set it running in its own window and it'll accrue cookies for you whilst not being looked at

i restarted on the "new" version. not really sure which is more fun. i guess the newer one is better cause of the upgrades or whatever, but its just kinda dumb now.
