I caved and opted for a game. I got Forza for 10,000 points a week or so ago. Anybody know how long it takes to get items from the marketplace?
I got a notification email today that my console has been shipped. It was a Forza Bundle I won on the 19th. They are estimating it will take 7-10 days to arrive.

Seems like he was making an honest attempt at winning at least. I wouldn't have minded the points back when I was collecting, but as I mentioned, all the people I asked in real life for a little help failed me. In the end you can only really rely on yourself

Arrived today, auction ~1700 or so. Spent roughly ~$420 so that was fun.

It's the shortest and worst-reviewed game of all the launch exclusives so I don't expect to get much for it
Well, I am now at 38,000 points...I'm not giving up, I've invested far too much to end up with nothing at this point...but I'm running low on spare cash. Any help from fellow GAFfers would be greatly appreciated, any PMs would make me (and my wallet's) day.
Ryse's mechanics fell short, but I found the story quite enjoyable. The combat is polished, But the enemies feel unfinished. they spent way too much time on mocap, and not enough time on variety. You only get swords shields and javelins, and there are only a handful of enemy types. Thus the game gets tedious, and that is the issue. Got my Xbox. Struggling with the UI but overall loving bf4 and dr3. After the damn thing installed for 30 minutes.
Still working my way ever closer to in range...Also glad to see that the Xbox One's are in official packaging, I was half expecting them to just be thrown in some crappy brown box with Styrofoam chips and whatnot in it.

Got my xbone in today. Shipping was pretty quick since I just got notice wednesday.

No. The only differences between the standard and Day One edition is the packed in controller is stamped "Day One 2013" and comes with an extra achievement. Mine's a Day One. Though the game is the normal edition.
I already have the Day One games that I've played on my Amazon pre-ordered unit. I redeemed the day one codes, for Ryse I didn't even notice what it unlocked, lol. Dead Rising 3 I assume it was the immensely useful chainsaw paddle thing. And Forza.. I have no clue what they gave me. All these Day One cards just say "in game content" on them and I didn't pay much attention when I redeemed.
