I bet that bump is from the series being on netflix. The studios should take note.Originally Posted by PhoncipleBone

Gotta rewatch Supernatural one day, I barely remember anything pre season 5.
Yeah, the new title is pretty baller.Originally Posted by Miles Quaritch
Not the greatest season opener, but I enjoyed it. Nice to see Tahmoh, hope he sticks around. Also great to see Death again, how awesome would it be if he stuck around for more than a couple of minutes...
Quite like the new intro too, makes a nice change from the last few duller intro tiles.
Actually I'm looking forward to it. They can call the episode "No More Going Back to the Well."I'm dreading Charile's end. I think it's going to happen.
Me too. Hopefully we still will. Was actually hoping we'd see more of Tahmoh Penikett this season.
Was on Netflix before season 8 started too I think. But more people watching is good either way. Too bad Vampire Diaries didn't get a bump.Originally Posted by GloveSlap

I like thinking Supernatural got a bump from having a good last season.
So when this angel comes out of Sam and collect his payment. Dean gets KOed to dead state
Cause why not troll the fanbase even harder?
There have been some girls that I liked and wished they would have appeared more. More so for Sam than Dean. I don't think I've liked any of "Dean's girls" yet (still on season 6).
Also it seems i may be in the minority that liked Bella. :O I didn't like her as a romantic interest for the guys but in general i liked her. She kinda had the whole catwoman thing going.
It would still be a total troll though, since it would be a platonic possession :pOriginally Posted by mugurumakensei
Nah, that'd be what some portion of the fanbase wants. You get twice the slash with two actors.
I don't think tumblr would ever recover. And we thought John Watson's mustache was bad.Originally Posted by NotTheGuyYouKill
Cas will finally be inside Dean. Tumblr will reach critical mass and we'll all die.
Oh my godddd. I would enjoy this. >_>I have a feeling that eventually Cas will get his grace back and he'll end up having to possess Dean for some reason.

Also, I hope this isn't a farewell to Cas's trenchcoat. I miss the Samulet. :<
I always found the angel storylines to be the most boring so I'm not really looking forward to this season as much as others. Hope they improve though.
Season 8 got much better as it went along. Especially once the flashback stuff was out of the way. I liked Benny though :[
Opener was decent enough, though I kind of don't like that right off the bat were already back to Sam and Dean having some big issue/secret one is keeping from the other.
I'm wondering this too like through some crazy loop hole when all of the angels were ejected Lucifer and Micheal got the boot from the cage and Ezekiel is really Lucifer....would be hilarious to watch Dean talk his way out of that mess with SamWhat if Ezekiel isn't who he says he is and somehow...
As did I :-(Alright, I had to get caught up on Season 8 first, but I'm all up to date now.

Ive never seen an episode, but the .gifs always have me rolling.
This was literally the first thing that flashed through my head when he made that suggestion. Add that into the fact that the angels can't see each others true forms now and well....I'm wondering this too like through some crazy loop hole when all of the angels were ejected Lucifer and Micheal got the boot from the cage and Ezekiel is really Lucifer....would be hilarious to watch Dean talk his way out of that mess with Sam
I was thinking more along the lines of 'Damnnnnn, Ezekial all up in the perfect vessel' but I wouldn't be surprised if you guys are right. This was literally the first thing that flashed through my head when he made that suggestion. No, I have a bad feeling about this now. :/ It was mentioned way up above too, but I forgot about that episode where Dean was brought to the future in the episode "The End". He was brought to 2014 to see how the world was basically over. From what I remember, Cas didn't have his grace either. :/ Seems like it may be lining up for something like this.I'm probably not right, but it's still a hell of a thing to think about.
Hopefully not, though! I'm not sure I want to revisit the Michael vs Lucifer story, but I honestly have no idea where the story is even heading right now. There isn't even a central villain right now unless they feel like going after Metatron? Seems kind of boring.
I am liking it till now (1st episode and what I am seeing this one till now)
That said, this episode had a decidedly huge flaw, that being a distinct lack of Cas. Boo.
Over all:
-100 for slut shaming
-100 for zero Cas
+100 for random female hunter not dying a bloody death. Though they will get a -5000 if she sleeps with Sam and THEN dies a bloody horrible death.
After last weeks opener, I am firmly on the 'meh' side of this one. The Crowley bits were good, as always. Looking forward to next weeks.
It changes. There are still 'filler' episodes, but the overall arc gets way more attention as the seasons climb.Yo so, just started watching Supernatural season 1 here and there's one thing I'd like to know. No specific spoilers, but does the whole villain of the week structure ever go away? I like the premise of the show and I'm enjoying the main arc but half of these season 1 episodes just seem like filler and are very very formulaic. I know Smallville did the whole villain of the week thing for the first season as well. So does this ever change? I'm liking the show but just hoping future seasons follow more of a main arc.
