Okay, so it's not a cookie, it's a biscuit, but GAF is predominately Americans, so I'll use your inferior word for the sake of being communicative. Speaking of communication, David Jaffe's new studio appears to be presenting videos chronicling the goings on of their spooky office.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kCfuWFL3KQ

Stupid voice distortion and shaky cams aside, Jaffe has a history of being blunt and transparent to a fault. I personally find that refreshing, and entertaining, so fingers crossed these videos evolve into an interesting look at a project in development. As far as the game itself, this first video isn't revealing any secrets, with the exception of the team using DualShock 3s.

Check it out for yourself, but keep the lights on...

Looks more like a scone. Certainly not a biscuit. Probably a Yank plant.

Cookie? Biscuit?

Oh please. We sophisticated people say "praline". Makes it sound tastier than it actually is.

Jaffe getting a little grey in the hair is actually kind of badass.

Needs a full-on handlebar mustache, though! :D

You can't call a biscuit a praline. You're just confusing things and frankly taken it a bit far.

Now apologise and I'll consider giving you a cookie.

It feels like every time Jaffe is making a new game, it's with a new company. Is this true? Or the previous company disappears.

When I was studying economics, one day my 70 year old teacher arrived fifteen minutes late (as usual), grabbed a bowl full of your every day candy, and said: "Fancy a praline?" The man was a god damn genius.

In some parts of the north of england you'll find they use 'mam'. Not exclusively, but most.

Jaffe, a Golden God.

I heartily enjoyed Twisted Metal in 4 player splitscreen as the Online issues surfaced.

The game's design was so ambitious, and so epic. There are elements I still don't completely know how to employ strategically.

No, it's not.

Round-shaped British scones can resemble North American biscuits in appearance, but scones rely on cold butter, while biscuits are more often made with animal fat or vegetable shortening. Also, while scones are frequently (but not always) sweet, and served with coffee and tea, biscuits are served more as a bread, often with breakfast.

Learn yo shit, Brit.

I like them but if you're looking for a scone biting into a biscuit is going to be a massive disappointment. Very different foodstuffs. Find some good biscuits & gravy if you can. Fucking delicious.
