They're made to increase profits, not to be collected by any kind of real collector. Every element of a collector's edition I've seen has been crap, even the super ridiculous packages that go for $150 USD and up
You're better off buying a third party license statue, or commissioning a sculptor on your own if you want something.

Yeah, the American one is good especially due to the price.Totally worth the price. Damn, that is one ugly figure.
The American one seems worth it, especially given the low price. $50 for the game+soundtrack+artbook seems like a pretty good deal.
Also the Ni no Kuni CE earlier this year was excellent. That book is amazing to flip through
Why is it called "Bravely Default?" Not to stir anything up, but on first glace it appears this game is about bad banking decisions...
