If its priced for less than $20 I'll jump for it
So glad I waited on the PS3 version. Looks amazing.
Is this cross platform? Or do I have to rebuy?
Everything about this game was so generic: characters, battle system, music, art, missions. I was SRPG starved when I bought it, but could not finish it.
Took long enough. I'll have to get re interested in it at this point...
Rather have Soldner X 2, but this will do for now.
Ooh, looks nice. I think I'll pick it up when it drops :)
I'm really not a fan of the aesthetic but I'm willing to believe it's a great game. Is it really an indie hit like they say? I've barely heard of it.
Didn't know it was an indie game. Just thought it was a big priced game that had art I didn't like. Obviously it's good enough for... Something. I'll reevaluate it and check it out. Don't have a Vita RPG anyway ^_^
If they have removed the quite frankly mental grind from this game, I might give it another go.
From the blog:Is this cross platform? Or do I have to rebuy?
Regarding cross buy, we’re still aiming for a 50% discount for PS3 gamers. It’s already requested, but still not confirmed by Sony. I’d like to think that this will be confirmed soon.
It was a pretty dull game. The srpg battles were good enough, but without compelling characters or story it was tough to stay motivated. You can find other games that do the action/combat as well if not better with much better story.
A game I'll happily double dip on.
I'm actually looking forward to the updates for my PS3 version, as well as the bug fixes. SQ has said the changes for the Vita version will be patched into the PS3 version, as well.
40 min gameplay of Rainbow Moon on PS Vita:

don't play on hard. The grinding is just INSANE. I don't mind grinding much, but this game.... this game. You get no variety in the beginning, it's pretty shallow and gets tiresome quickly. Just do yourself a favor and play on normal. Good game otherwise.

I love this game, right down to the wonky English, but the repetitive battles put me directly to sleep. Still going to double dip because I love the idea of curling up with my Vita and doing a couple fights before bed.
Sounds like some nice quality-of-life improvements, too.Additionally, XP counters in the victory screen can now be skipped, items can be used directly from the quest vendor, and left-stick control has been improved, reducing the chance of walking in unintended directions while in battle mode.
The store is updated in NA and Rainbow Moon Vita is now available.
$14.99 and half off if you have it already for the PS3.

I'm surprised there's not much love for this game. It looks absolutely stunning on the Vita's OLED screen.
