They are honoring it. Some people from other sites just went to their local 24 hrs walmart and was able to get their monitor.
This is Wal-Mart. They won't honor this at all.

Well, was able to transfer just enough to put in a shipment order for the VG248QE(same time for them to ship to one of their stores). Here's to hoping they honor it and it's not a terrible trap.

Was able to nab that ASUS VE228H. It's not a particularly big monitor, and seems kind of skimpy on inputs, but $9 is an unbeatable price.
