Those are the only 2 shows I'm watching that's new this season. The other is One Piece and HxH2011. I'm planning on starting up Blazblue one day but I never felt like diving in.

5 episodes in and it's been a piss poor adaption for anyone familiar with the games.

And the way they've managed to mishandle the story of CT/CS, makes it's all sorts of confusing for any newcomers who've never played the games before.

It does have Platinum and Makoto in it though so I have to at least try it. Not really looking forward to it though. Maybe if they put Kokonoe in there.

Oh, by the way, the Anime Sols drive for the first of three Dear Brother DVD sets met its goal, so you've got a bit over a day remaining if you want to get in on that. I seem to recall it being somewhat of a cult favorite around here or something.

I couldn't believe this garbage when I watched it, and was tempted to drop the show. I was still in school at the time and it was a long morning the day after with me and my friend who was also watching not sure what to say to each other, until he turned to me and just said "why?".

We both hugged and started to cry.

I havent seen commentary for code Geass and Im not sure if the DVD set has it. WIll have to look. If it does I might have to watch it that way. I love when directors are like "We just felt like doing this for the lols".

I think because initial interest in V1 roughly shows the sales average, since its mainly otaku buying and they tend to loyally follow and purchase a series past V1. Its not so accurate for US sales because people often blind buy V1 and then decide to drop a series.
