Resogun gifs always get me excited for PS4.
As an aside, curse you IGN Resogun livestream for making me feel I needed to buy Stardust on Vita. Glad I did. The game is great on dat OLED.

That doesn't help those who don't want to renew their subscriptions or for when it gets removed from the IGC.It's basically FREE for every new PS4 owners now because of the free 30 day of PS+ trial included in EVERY PS4 box. Well for NA at least. So no need to worry about pricing.

I'm quite looking forward to this. The only Housemarque game I've played is Super Stardust Delta, which didn't exactly rock my world all that much, but this definitely looks like a step up. And it's free... boosh.

Seriously though, very excited for this game and the fact that it's free on ps+ is even better. I think Sony is doing a good job putting out games that will help deal with the "after launch" drought, with this and other f2p games that will suck up many hours of your time.

I usually hate these types of shooters. But Resogun is just so... mesmerizing.
Not a huge fan of SHMUPS but am definitely getting this day one. Looks awesome.

I know they are skimping out on modes to have as DLC, (which I shall gladly buy), but I'm so excited about the support. I'm expecting the DLC to come pretty fast, in order to make up for the fact that it's free.
Wonder if co-op has any variations. Since these guys added 3D and split-screen in the past, I am holding out that they will give us a split-screen add on down the line.

Can I just say that the actual dev diary video is amazing. Not because of the gameplay but the passion of the devs and their dedication to gameplay, competition, high scores and arcade experiences.
Honestly, thats the most impressive thing about Resogun. No shitty story, No compromise on framerate, built for replayabilty and community competition and a dedication to deeply rewarding experiences generated by the players effort, not the developers vision.
Not only that, it shows that you dont need a multi million dollar budget and 1000 developers to makes something that looks beautiful or technically impressive.
Resogun is a unabashed videogame, through and through. And that is what above all else makes it so amazing.
I will happily buy this regardless of whether the game is free on PS+. The devs more than deserve the support.
