Wat? They haven't announced the Witcher 3 release date, have they? If Dark Souls 2, Witcher 3, and Infamous: SS come out the same month I'll have to take the whole month off from work.

Witcher does not have a release date, I don't know where people are getting Match from. Closest thing we have is a placeholder date from Amazon that is September 2014.

I imagine the gameplay will be very similar to Infamous 2, just with lots more polish and different powers. And I'm quite okay with that; I've always felt the gameplay in the Infamous games has been lots of fun and lovely to control. I'm more concerned about the game world design (not familiar with Seattle) - having areas outside of the city would be great - and the mission design, which I've felt was kind of rote in the previous games.

EDIT - amazing trailer, by the way. Seems like a really good idea to drip-feed games like this, Drive Club and PlanetSide 2 through in the months after launch. Hopefully they'll have a few more on the back burner for the mid-months and then the end of the year.

The trailer was awesome and the Neon Powers just look beyond cool, but something bugged me. The facial animations look a bit exaggerated and his eyes when he talks with his brother just look off. But I can't figure out if it is the angle or if his eyes just look weird.

I've never been a fan of the Infamous series but this looks incredible - it'll be a long four month wait.

Good im so glad they are getting more time to make this game. It looks improved every time they put out a trailer. Time well spent so far. Theres a lot lot lot of games to play already if you have a job.

I hope their writing can stand up to their visuals. I had to cringe a little when Delsin mutters to himself about fast-healing coming in handy. Keep that corny video game shit out of it. It's a cutscene, so have the character just show that he's able to recover immediately from a gunshot. We don't need a verbal explanation too.

I think writing needs to improve in quality to match next-gen visuals in the same way that animation does. Animation is more important, of course, but if we're going to have story-driven games, writing also has to move up the priority list.

New footage continues to astound. This is pretty much the best looking console game out there right now, at least until gameplay footage of The Order: 1886 drops (let's face it, the trailer wasn't much of a showcase).

Funny thing it's that as it is, i'm finding the animations to be even better than ND's or on par. The characters seem so natural to me, and i'm actually liking Delsin, he looks like a very regular and flawed dude.

What do you mean don't change it again? It never did change. Sites said it might release around February but no one ever confirmed it - this is the first date they've given for the game.
