The shotgun is awesomeIt certainly is but the weapons for the support class are terrible.
I'll give you a add now. I think I had you before too...your name sounds familiar.Originally Posted by earvcunanan

Hit everyshot from that balcony over looking the garden, each one a kill its ridiculous, needs to be nerfed.
Still made my dick feel big though, so I go to share the clip, and presto, can't find it despite hitting share immediately after I ran outta bullets. I'm gonna check it tomorrow in case it needs to update or something, but god that is annoying.
The no voice chat thing in game I do find annoying, and the 30 second window to get a party together is also pretty silly. Hope they get this working better quickly.I have not jumped into MP yet and was wondering about a few things. Is it true there is no voice chat or a party system? Is there any type of clan system like the previous games?
Primary is support, with assault as secondary. I'm a tactical type of player that likes to work with a team. FYI I will likely send a friend request to everyone that is on the spreadsheet that is in any of the NA's timezones. See you online.
Only having three classes seemed weird at first, but nothing is really missing in terms of trying to coordinate with teammates to handle capture points spread across the map. At the very least, playing an "engineer" of sorts feels more like KZ2 than KZ3, which is good.
Hopefully some type of co-op mode is added eventually, or even bringing back Operations (but with more than three maps supporting it) would be cool. The classes could made type of objective focused co-op work really well (I'm not that interested in yet another horde mode).
There are still some things missing from KZ2 that I'd love to see to come back, but overall the multiplayer seems like a damn good iteration for anyone who liked that game or the Enemy Territory titles.
I'm Fahrenhype on PSN if anyone wants to play.

I'm positive Guerilla mentioned co-op missions (separate from the campaign), but I don't see them in the menus. Probably part of the upcoming free DLC?

The mp is fun from what I played but there were times I didn't know enemy was nxt to me lol. Had troubles with that more than once. Maybe due to lvls or the mini map.how's the aiming in the game? would it be a bit weird constantly transitioning between bf4 and KZ? I'm trying to decide which one I'm gonna play online to get good at and which one I'll hop on just to mess around with friends.
The aiming is great, feels really responsive and accurate, which is nuts considering there is no aim assist.how's the aiming in the game? would it be a bit weird constantly transitioning between bf4 and KZ? The only thing that'll be weird is getting used to the much heavier aim-assist in BF4.how's the aiming in the game? would it be a bit weird constantly transitioning between bf4 and KZ? playing aim assist off in BF4...shit is a hot mess currently though..."sorry console players, PC players aren't done with beta testing the game yet"...freaking DICE/EA man.The only thing that'll be weird is getting used to the much heavier aim-assist in BF4.
anyhoo, will hop on KZ for the time being. That's the game my friends play so minus whale
I'm EU GAF so won't be playing until the 29th, how are people enjoying the MP?Originally Posted by KilgoreTrout

Add yourself to Google Spreadsheet. Quote to see the link to it.

Thought we could use a multiplayer discussion as a few people asked about a thread in the OT, and PSN IDs are scattered about.

Yeah, you can do bot matches online, you just won't be able to complete challenges (which are used to unlock gun attachments). But it would be a good way to learn the maps and weapons.Originally Posted by Seventy_X_Seven
Don't have a PS4 (yet), but just to be clear, you can create a botzone and play it online with other players, correct? One of my favorite things to do in Killzone 2 multiplayer was set up a botzone with 16 bots on the enemy team and just me and one or two friends on my team (with no help from bots). Sadly you could not do this in Killzone 3. Is this possible in Shadow Fall?
Yup. The menu is dumb as hell.Originally Posted by GodofWine
No clue. the interface is obtuse.
they need:
-voice chat (i cannot get past the dumbness..)
-clearly defined official games. they need to act like all their players only played COD and need an easy way to play modes they like-It took me multiple sessions to realize i could search for more warzones beyond the recommended ones.
Think i'm gonna start the campaign this morning but I'll be playing MP tonight
Will be added in a future update. https://twitter.com/killzone/status/401635499812872192Any clan feature in MP?
If you want to talk to friends invite them to party chat. Im sick of hearing people talking during online play on the ps3, some games dont even have a mute function. They are either foreign or try to boss you around. I never talk to randoms anyway. How do you release a mp game in 2013 with no in game chat?
If anyone sees a bunch of missing rows in the spreadsheet, you can restore it by going to Data > Remove Filter.
Can someone kindly add me?

It depends if you want more control when you're firing. Tapping R1 gives you much more control over your shots than pressing R2 does. You can't tap a trigger as quick as a button. If you're spraying and praying, triggers aren't much of a hindrance. With a binary action like shooting a gun, a button is much better. Triggers might "feel" better to simulate a real trigger pull, but they're worse control wise.Wait what? R2/L2 shooting amazing. The triggers just feel so right.
What I hate about the DS4 is the plastic isn't rounded underneath the L2/R2 buttons (it is on DS3). I usually rest my fingers there and the sharp edges make it slightly uncomfortable.
