Basically, would I regret getting the wifi model?
This deal is insane!PlayStation Vita 3G - Sports & Racing Mega Pack

3G Vita, 16GB and 8 games for £140.. I've never even been slightly interested in one before but man, I am so damn tempted by this.

Thank you OP you are awesome :)
I've had the 3G model since launch. The slot for the sim has been empty since I activated it to get Wipeout 2048 for free. So, speaking from personal experience, unless you don't have a smartphone with a decent data plan, I don't think it's worth getting the 3G model over the Wi-Fi one.Same, but the games really don't excite me. Also the 3G can't even be used for online play. Only for browsing and PSN use has a filesize limit.I've had the 3G model since launch. Better and faster to just use a phone as a router, as demonstrated by Americans using LTE/4G to Remote Play their PS4s.
Got this deal myself a couple of weeks ago. It is a really good deal though the game selection is pretty poor; it includes a couple of PSP games. I'd say the tearaway bundle is better! This deal is insane!

I've got the 3G model and not used the 3G at all. You need a dim card and can't really justify putting one in when the wifi is all I really need.Just out of interest, for those that have the 3G model, how much does it enhance your usability/accessibility/enjoyment of the system compared to if you just had the wifi version?

This would be perfect if I was in the UK
Yeh I kinda guessed it would become a redundant feature. I'm not even out and about for enough time to use it properly anyway, just want one for remote play really. But then as always there's a gremlin in the back of my mind telling me I need the most feature complete model of everything.I've had the 3G model since launch. I had the same thought it my head for launch. There really is little advantage to having the most feature complete model in this case.Yeh I kinda guessed it would become a redundant feature. Wondering this, too. Judging from the side of the packaging, Tearaway seems to be physical. I'd give Tearaway a try, but I'm not really interested in another LittleBigPlanet. Are the LBP and Tareaway digital or physical on this one?
Tempted by this. If it goes lower, it can't be by much...
Other than that, get on dat ish asap!
Fantastic deal though, god damn.

I'm generally the same, but I sold my 3G model and picked up a wifi only and haven't missed it at all (I have unlimited data + tethering on my phone though, which helps). I'd only pick up the 3G version if there's a deal/price that makes it cheaper, but these current wifi bundles are amazing.Yeh I kinda guessed it would become a redundant feature. I already have one.
Excellent deal. Especially with all the positive Remote Play impressions too.

I'm not sure its justified with the impending PS4 purchase. But they'll compliment each other beautifully. Ugh
