I'm really liking the music and area the Diablofan stream is currently cutting through.

Not sure why anyone would want damage numbers flying in Diablo though :p

Sounds effects are still much too loud compared to everything else at times.

Change made for RoS in regards to legendary and set items:

Under current design, all new Legendary and Set items that drop in Reaper of Souls and once our pre-expansion patch goes live will be Bind on Account. (You can still trade these items with other players who were in your party when the item dropped for up to two hours, however.)

Yeah this looks like they pretty much copied over the console loot system. Makes my choice of whether to get the PS4 or PC version first a lot harder. May have to double dip on day 1.

Good grief. What? They're removing trading for Diablo. I've been against the auction house from day 1, but this is ludicrous. I get that they want to keep unofficial RMAH's springing up a la D2JSP, but this nuclear option feels antithetical to the Diablo experience.

Well at least it is now that the top players are still leveling up and we are in the age of discovery.

BoA Legendaries, no Neph Valor and no AH means everyone is 100% self found and can use whatever whenever. Probably the ballsiest move Blizzard has ever made.

One point per level, yes. Paragon is split up into 4 categories, Core Stats, Attack, Defense, and Ductility. All of them have 4 different things you can put points into. In Attack, Defense, and Offense, each of the 4 things has a cap of 50, while Core Stats have no cap.

Also pLvl isn't capped anymore either, and is account wide.
