Nice setup but PLEASE dont put your ps4 on the sub.... that's just asking for trouble. When I get my XB1(KI is really, REALLY making me want to go pick up one today), I'm going to move my PS3 to another room. Then I'm going to put the PS4 on the sub next to the Wii U and move the Apple TV to the bottom by the cable box so that I have enough space on the middle shelf to fit the Xbox.

If i get time i'll post a closer pic later. Still at work.
so the WiiU is in the center, with a 360 to the left. the box on the right is the receiver. Gaming PC to the right of the stand. I actually just got a new laptop, for on the go high end gaming.
EDIT Man this shot makes my tv look so small!

:o
The X1 is too fat to fit under my TV. Under it is my PC.
I guess I have to find something to jack up the TV a bit.
Great thread. I'm currently looking for a new tv stand/entertainment center.
My systems won't be there when the sub is actually powered lol, it's temporary storage until I crank the system up. I set the systems behind or flat in front of the TV in that case.Originally Posted by HamsterPackage

Wii U not pictured.
...I really need to do something about those cords
Here's my gameroom, Xbox One just added to the top of the rack a bit ago, downloading a demo now:
Closer shot of the two new guys:
PS4, Wii U and Pc. I loved the 360 at the start of the last generation but my interest really dwindled from late 09 onwards to the point that it no longer gets used at all, so my interest in Xbox One just followed suit.
I came in here expecting to see pictures of Playstation 5's. This is all current-gen stuff :(
Place holder for now.
I'll edit in a pic later on. Saving my spot.
PS4 - directly to tv - Audio output to receiver via ARC (5.1). At first this was only going to be an experiment to get things up and running fast, but then I realized connecting the PS4 directly to the TV is the best way to minimize any input lag.
PS3 - directly to receiver - connected to TV via ARC HDMI connector (7.1).
My final PS4 chain might look like this :
PS4 - HMZ-T3 (Input/Output) - Receiver - TV. This way I get proper 7.1 instead of being limited to 5.1 via ARC.

Upstairs setup with better cable managment. PS3 & PS4 connected to sound bar and TV that support ARC:

At work and my pics are a little old, but the launch PS3 at the bottom is replaced with the 2nd version, PS4 is where the 360 was, Wii U will be where the Wii is, Dreamcast remains there forever!
Same Bravia KDL-40XBR4 40" TV, I could use an upgrade
Ended up selling and giving away most of these games, I hit the 100 game ceiling and they were mostly just taking up space. 5 PS4 games would be on the 2nd shelf, most of the other space is occupied by my misc. games, controllers, strategy guides, collectors edition stuff (Vita Wii, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, PSP, 3DS)
Got the Wii U and the PS4 in the mix now. Usually have a door open a little to ventilate.

Cord management is horrible under it, but w/e.

Was it ever confirmed that setting the Xbox One vertically actually causes harm to the discs? What if I only digitally download games?
Well okay, I'm in the progress of moving. But this is my current setup..
My daughters dresser makes a great TV stand... Ps4 on the left Wii U on the right.
Here's my living room's one stop shop for gaming/watching/charging.

I don't have anything extravagant. I like my stuff to be subtle, and out of the way. However, my wife and I do keep our 3DS' and controllers out for us and our guests to access easily. Here's the TV area. My PS4 isn't here yet, so it's just the Wii U down there and a blu-ray player with Lord of the Rings on top. Hah. Once the PS4 is here the player will be out of there. My games and stuff are in a hall closet. The Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 are packed up in stored away in that same closet. The PC isn't there, as it's in the process of being made smaller so that i can fit underneath the TV nicely. It really wasn't aesthetically pleasing to see the huge tower sitting beside the cabinet.
As I mentioned, we keep our controllers out. At the moment it's just the GamePad and the Pro Controller, but the Dualshock 4 will be there soon, too. We use these constantly as the Wii U is our streaming device. Also, we have our 3DS' resting nicely. This is a small accent table near one of the couches.

Had to reorganize taking out the wii/pseye/kinect to make room for the ps4. :)
Wii U on top of the case to thr right of my 52 inch HDTV.
You can see some of the consoles I have hooked up to my main TV here too.
PS3, PS2
SNES, Xbox 360
NEX, GameCube, Dreamcast
I have another TV elsewhere that has more consoles set up. I really need to get another TV..

Reason: I'm not smart
whoever posted a picture without a PS4 XBOXONE OR WIIU is lying. go post in the gaming setup thread...this is for NEXT GEN
My set up is similar, I found that anything going through the 4X2 would not output anything other than stereo sound. Ran into same thing last gen with PS3 and XBOX 360 I could get around it with PS3 by hooking it straight to receiver and letting it auto detect then hooking it back to the 4x2. That trick doesn’t work now with the PS4 or Xbox one so I have to constantly hook and unhook the 4x2 when I want surround sound did you run into this issue? Have you found a way around?Originally Posted by Marty Chinn
