The festival expects 25,000 visitors and is open 24/7 with blazing fast Internet from Telia along with numerous other activities happening around the clock.
DreamHack, EIZO, Logitech G and Kingston HyperX present the Grand Finals of DreamHack Open. 20 of the world's best StarCraft II players have qualified to compete for a prize pool of 500,000 SEK (~$75,000) and to determine who will be crowned DreamHack Champion 2013.
Format
The Grand Finals of DreamHack Open will begin in a Group Stage with 4 groups and 5 competitors in each round robin, best of 3. The two best in each group will move into the Winner Bracket while the 3rd and 4th in each group will start the playoff from the Loser Bracket. The 5th placed competitor in each group will be knocked out and will not advance further in the tournament. The Grand Final will be a BO7 with no advantage for the Winner Bracket finalist.

DreamHack team up with ASUS ROG, ROCCAT and TV6 to launch a new league in Dota 2 called ASUS ROG DreamLeague. Two seasons are already planned for 2014 and a Kick-off Season with 6 teams and $50,000 in prizes starts November 4 with Grand Finals at DreamHack Winter 2013.

DreamHack will have an official tournament in League of Legends and presence at DreamHack Winter 2013, where the main tournament of League of Legends boast a total prize purse of $30,000 in prizes. DreamHack League of Legends Championship will feature 8 teams in the main tournament where four teams are qualified online and four teams are qualified through the BYOC-qualifier on-site. All teams in the main tournament will get a share of the $30,000 prize pool and the winning team will be crowned in DreamArena Extreme on Saturday 28th of November in front of thousands of fans in the audience.
