What exactly is the point in this thread?
Can't we just visit the PSP section at 1UP for this info? |

So where are the quality titles?
I kid, I kid. I personally think Virtua Tennis is good. |

If Far East of Eden: The Fourth Apocalypse is released in ENGLISH, I will buy a PSP on the first day.
Until then, I remain on the fence, unconvinced that it has enough interesting RPGs to get me to buy one (sorry, the current US-ported selections don't do much for me). I'm happy with my GBA for now, with no intention of getting a DS either. |

Well, I appreciate the time and effort put into making this thread...but it comes off as a bit insecure to create these kind of threads IMO...especially since we already had one recently. It's like "hey look, there ARE good games coming for PSP..really...see...see this list! I promise, things will get better!!! please look!!!!"

The thread started with: *PSP: THE LIST (Past, Present, & Future Quality PSP Titles)*
So that's what I expected from the list. At first I was pretty pleased and while I wouldn't agree with every game on the first post it was largely consistent. By the 2nd and 3rd post though, this list completely lost all credibility and became a "let's list ALL PSP games!!!!" thread. Sigh. :( |

And seeing as system wars are pretty common here, I don't think my theory would be THAT far-fetched. :P Yeah, those damn system warriors. Anyway, might as well chime in with my personal opinion regarding this list and say I think it looks good and I will definitely keep my PSP, thank you. ;) |

These list threads are beyond idiotic. Its by defensive PSP (and DS) owners who need to constantly validate their system purchase. I think anyone with half a brain is well aware that every system has it share of quality games, so enough with the veiled posturing.
And if you're going to do a list, do one that's proper. First off, poor choice of screenshot for PoPoLoCrois. Second, does Gran Turismo 4 Mobile even really exist? Same with Hill Project. |

megaman powered up looks alright
loco roco looks awesome katamari damacy I've never played and would pick it up for under $40 x-men legends 2 I will probably eventually buy if it has everything the console versions do (haven't bought the console versions) Ys I will buy if it doesn't have the music and crap of the US version and that's about it. |

But once its done that the first time, its pretty solid for the rest of the play session. I find the game very fun as a dungeon hack and and would rate it significantly better than Untold Legends in that regard. Overall though, I'd probably have to rate them about the same because of the memory management issues that XML2 has. |

Nice to know that a generally positive thread about anyting will still draw the hate.
Confindence in my cynical view of the world: maintained! PS: If you don't "get" the thread-- then don't read it! As I have said, it's been useful to me-- you know, a PSP owner who's interested in upcoming games. What a radical idea for a thread on a messageboard! I hadn't seen a video for Exit yet, just stills. It looks even better in motion. I hadn't heard of Daisenryaku Portable, and that's the kind of game I might be into. I was reminded of Intelligent License (I have some mild interest in) I was reminded that I really, really don't need or want any more 2D fighters on PSP. |
