I guess this gif is the main reason for the absence of midnight launch in Paris.

excuse me, american only? I find that very offensive , LOL

Berlin is far from the best city in Europe. It's the LocoCycle of capitals.

The number of people continuing to fall for this bait makes this thread worth reading. Man.

They have live acts there, including the biggest german let's player.

I didn't realize people don't read every post in a thread of this size before making their's until now. Seeing someone fall for it isn't anywhere near as funny as seeing everyone else continue to fall for it long after it's become obvious even to those without an initial read. Incredible, Einbroch, incredible.

People that started waiting at 1-2pm already didn't get a PS4. . There was simply too much demand (in the thousands).

Could be worse. It could be the Knack of capitals. No one wants that.

Congrats on your new PS4s, Germans! Welcome to the party.

American here...just went to Berlin last October (during Octoberfest no less!). Awesome city, even more awesome city transit system (coming from someone living in LA). Would totally move there for a year or two, one of my favorite cities.

German let's players are absolutely fucking terrible. all of them have the exact same slightly stoner voice and all of them talk absolut shit. like utter and complete shit.

Lol, saw this earlier and missed it, but I'm guessing the dude within the ring of people just south-west of centre is working security or something and not a buyer. He gets completely swallowed by the crowd in a heartbeat, it's quite scary.

Yeah, it's one of these funny timezones. You can walk straight south from Spain into Portugal, and have to set your watch back an hour :P
Iceland is in GMT too, but I'm not even sure the PS4 ins launching there.

It's a celebration of how the native americans were nice to them and gave them food because they were starving. And then they proceeded to eridicating them.

I as a brit apologise profusely on behalf of the people queing up. I mean its only 10 minutes from Berlin to Birmingham, they should be at home, ordering things from the internet instead.

So sad...

Germany has always favored the Sony console, no real surprise here. How do you think the Xbox 360 can sell 17 million more units then the PS3 in the USA but Sony still brakes even with MS in world wide sales? Yea, you can thank country's like Germany and Japan for that.
