Saw this in Wuppertal earlier this year. Great concert, though the FF X arrangement didn't really hold the same quality as the others. They should just swap it with the FF-suite from Symphonic Fantasies instead which covers a lot more games and themes without overlapping too much with the VI/VII-arrangements (but that would require a choir which is problematic I suppose).

You insane little man! The FFX piece is utterly stunning, so colorful and vibrant. Between the other pieces, the piano concerto allows the concert to really breath and bring people's emotions together before the very challenging and provocative Final Fantasy VII suite.

But the Symphonic Fantasies piece sure is wonderful too of course.
