It's fine if you're a buyer - it sucks if you're a seller. No matter how much evidence you can produce to the contrary, as a general rule if the buyer in a transaction complains they didn't get an item, PayPal will give their money back. Even if you follow eBay and PayPal's shipping guidelines to the letter, good luck winning a dispute started by a buyer.

(I still have a PayPal account, but I hate selling on eBay for just that reason. Lots of scammers out there who know where PayPal's interests lie...)

Already bought 2 years @ $30. Not trippin over this but it's a pretty sweet deal.
