Looks like they've used paypal as the payment method with an immediate action required. Not sure how quick you can set one up though. Even still, there's about 18000 of us circling this auction like vultures so good luck.

I remember having to wait 2-3 days for bank account transactions for my PayPal account to be verified. Not sure if that's necessary to buy something on eBay, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Its been a while since I set up Paypal but I'm sure you can. Ebay is easy and just signing up, then as far as Paypal goes all you would need to do is attach a credit card to it. The only thing that takes a while for Paypal is when you attach your bank account to it.
